Junior SCL Christmas Lecture

"And I also believe in Christmas" - Tony Bingham.
Tony Bingham spoke at the inaugural Junior SCL Christmas lecture and gave an entertaining speech to some 70 members of the junior society arguing for his proposition that there is a need to return to a simpler form of construction contract. The event took place at the Punch Tavern, Fleet Street and drinks were kindly provided by the Council of the Society of Construction Law.
