SCL Hudson Prize 2008

The SCL Hudson Prize Judging Panel is pleased to announce the following results in the 2008 competition:

2nd Prize: Sarah Pengelly, Solicitor, MacRoberts LLP, Edinburgh

Commended: Trevor Thomas, Solicitor, Clayton Utz, Melbourne, Australia
"The enforceability of agreements to negotiate in major construction projects"

Sarah Pengelly will present her prize winning paper at the National Liberal Club on Monday, 5 May.
