In 2023, the Technology and Construction Court will be celebrating its 150th Anniversary. To mark and celebrate this important milestone, a number of events will be taking place. We are delighted to be associated with the Anniversary, and would ask you now to save the following dates.

As part of the TCC’s 150th anniversary celebrations, Sir Peter Coulson and David Sawtell have edited a collection of original essays and studies by current and retired senior judges, renowned academics and leading construction and technology lawyers on the past, present and future of the court. ‘The History of the Technology and Construction Court on its 150th Anniversary Rewriting the Rules’ will be published by Hart in April 2023. A 20% discount is available to members of any SCL. You can read more here.
