SCL Hudson Prize 2021 prizewinners announced

The Judging Panel of the SCL Hudson Prize has announced the following results for the 2021 competition:

First Prize: Dr Matthew Bell for his paper entitled “Contract Damages for Defective Construction Work: An Unsolved Puzzle?” (Matthew is Associate Professor and Co-Director of Studies for Construction Law at the University of Melbourne.)

Commended: Gavin Wilson for his paper “A Silver Bullet as well as a Silver Jubilee? How jurisprudence relating to the UK's HGCRA can help save Irish Construction Adjudication from Judicial Review”.
