Mark Beer OBE, from Oxford University’s Deep Tech Lab, spoke with the University of St Gallen’s Bianca Kremer and Dublin based Bruno Herbots, of Herbots Solicitors, on Deep Technology. The panel which was moderated by Susan Ahern B.L, Law Library, Dublin, examined the relevance, applicability and potential of deep technology to disrupt and change the construction industry.
